Merk Construction management was born from lessons paid on past projects introducing politics inside the constructions arena. Merk has eliminated this by working directly for the owner. Merk Construction represents the owner. Subsequently, Merk hires the construction manager. Merk hires the architect and project engineers. Merk interviews and hires all subcontractors to include MEP's. We then as an enlisted team build the project specifications vision and scope of work. Next we install the dollar value through a complete due diligence process including a budget for unseen and project assumptions. Change orders are only introduced and driven by the customer.
